Description
As a human, she has dark brown skin and is nearly bald, with only a small bit of hair that falls over her damaged left eye. Her left eye as a human is completely scarred over, the reason is unknown.
She mostly wears black clothing, things that look bound and restrictive, sometimes formal such as suites. Never wears anything intentionally erotic or revealing. She's often seen in sunglass and is legally blind though you wouldn't realise it. She also wears medical restraint cuff on her wrists, ankles, and neck, which never come off.
In her 'demon' form (quotations because I wouldn't exactly call her a demon, it's just the only term I can think of) Shes a tall black humanoid, with clawed fingers and toes, though they're more like sharpened digits rather than actual claws, and often stands digitigrade.
Her neck, wrist, and ankles are adorn with metal shackles with no locks and large chains. She has no lips or cheeks, and has many slender, sharp teeth. Her left eye is covered entirely by a metal plate, and her right eye is sewn shut.
In her beast or dragon form her she bares the same shackles as her demon form does, as well the same metal plates and sewn eye. She looks somewhat like a sinuous, wingless, black dragon. Similar to DJ, she also has a bony crest, yet is smaller and has no protruding horns. She also has wavy tendrils of sorts that follow down her back to the end of her tail.
And a small bit of detail that may not be especially important depending on the given situation. When flesh is broken in her beast form shadowy arms appear from the body to assist in subduing the attacker.
Background
Similar to DJ, nothing is really known of her, and her age is not known either, considering DJ and Ira refer to each other as 'sisters' they've likely existed for about the same time.
Personality
She is assertive and aggressive, and at times, violent. Though this is not for the reason of being erratic, there are reasons for her actions. She has a strict set of rules and conduct, making her very judgmental and has no problem letting someone know they're out of line... usually by force.
